Job Description:
Danner's Inc. is a privately held maritime transportation company that specializes in transporting crew members by vehicle, transporting freight, and providing security security services as well.

We are presently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Night Dispatcher.

This is a demanding position that requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.  This persons main responsibility is coordinating, assigning and dispatching drivers to jobs as well as receiving new job requests from clients via phone, fax, or email.

Knowledge of the Houston Ship Channel and / or Maritime Industry a plus+++

Essential Functions:

• Assigns vehicles / drivers for picks ups and deliveries
• Coordinating pick ups and deliveries of crew and freight
• Scheduling drivers for jobs
• Data Entry / Administrative
• Coordinating with Agents / Clients for pick ups and deliveries
• Checking emails and faxes for upcoming job requests
• Supporting security officers in the field

Comments:

This position is a 12 hour shift from 1800-0600.  We will set as a Swing Shift:

3 DAYS ON / 4 DAYS OFF
then;
4 DAYS ON / 3 DAYS OFF
